Our commitment

The RVA Group Realty is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We work to ensure that our website conforms to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which are the recognized standards for web accessibility.

What we have done

We have taken the following steps to make our site more accessible:

• Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and lists
• Descriptive page titles, link text, and form labels
• Sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive elements
• Keyboard navigation support, including skip-to-content links and visible focus indicators
• Alternative text on informative images
• Mobile-responsive layouts and 44×44 pixel minimum touch targets for primary controls
• ARIA attributes on mobile menus and other dynamic interactions
• Equal Housing Opportunity disclosure on every page

Known limitations

Some content on our website may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Known areas we are working to improve include:

• Older legacy pages and certain third-party embedded content (for example, IDX property search components and Google Maps)
• PDF documents linked from the site that have not yet been remediated for screen reader compatibility
• Custom modal dialogs and lightbox image viewers, which we are upgrading to use full focus-trap behavior
