How do I renew my lease?
If you wish to renew your lease, please contact us within the timeline listed in your lease. We will provide you with renewal options and any changes in terms or rent. -
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Maintenance issues can be reported through our online Resident portal 24/7. For emergencies, please use our 24/7 emergency contact number. -
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes it is and it is included in our Residents Benefit Package. -
What is the policy on pets?
Our pet policy varies by property. Please refer to your lease agreement for specific rules regarding pets, including restrictions on breeds, sizes, and any associated pet charges. -
What is the procedure for moving out?
You are required to provide written notice as specified in your lease agreement. Upon moving out, the property should be cleaned, and all keys returned. An inspection will be conducted for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. -
